CHEF PETER REINHART
Chef Peter Reinhart is an acclaimed baker, educator, and author, renowned for his extensive expertise in bread and pizza baking. With fourteen books to his name, including award-winners like The Bread Baker's Apprentice and Whole Grain Breads, Reinhart has helped shape contemporary bread baking through his emphasis on artisanal methods and new baking techniques.
Reinhart teaches at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he leads courses in baking and food media. He is also the founder of the university's International Symposium on Bread, which connects bakers and scholars worldwide.
